LoneWolf Solutions developed a custom visual inspection system for Dataplast d.o.o. to support quality control in an injection molding process.
The system uses two cameras, with one camera monitoring each mold cavity. Each part is inspected as part of the production process, allowing the system to detect non-conforming parts and automatically reject them before they continue further in production.
The solution includes machine vision hardware, custom inspection logic, an operator interface for monitoring results, and a mechanical reject system for separating good and bad parts.
This project helps reduce manual inspection, improve repeatability, and increase the reliability of quality control directly at the production process.
